Responsible for the treatment: The responsible for the treatment of the data collected through the form is LIGHTINGSPAIN, S.L. Legal basis and purposes of the treatment: Based on the consent given when filling out and sending the form requesting our newsletter, the personal data will be treated to attend the request of the interested person and to subscribe him/her to our service of sending newsletters, bulletins, news and commercial communications of Lightingspain products and services through the e-mail address indicated by the interested person as well as the creation of a direct access to the application so that the interested person can change his/her preferences, update his/her data and unsubscribe.

Data conservation period: Personal data will be kept for the time necessary to fulfil the purpose for which they are collected and for the periods established in the regulations in force for the fulfilment of legal obligations and responsibilities.
